Pasta is so sweet ...

I do not want to do something as simple as spaghetti .... I want to do something super special gourmet ....

I need a good recipe or idea creatively.

It was the diet, and do not always eat carbs, so I really enjoy.

Thank you for your help!

Fix angel hair with pesto and topped with shrimp in garlic butter. Serve with salad and garlic bread, homemade ..... Simple, but looks elegant - think toiled all day!

I found this particular recipe, and I am this evening - fresh tomatoes and basil, olive oil, its so nice to me (and a bit of summer)

Fusilli with fresh tomato and olive sauce

1 / olive oil, 4 cups
1 cup Kalamata olives in brine or other black olives pitted and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 / 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 1 / 2 pounds plum tomatoes (about 8 chopped large),
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 pound freshly cooked fusilli
1 1 / 2 cup of cheese (I used a combo of mozzarella and parm)
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
Heat olive oil in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add olives, chopped onion, chopped red bell pepper, garlic and fry until onion pieces begin to soften, about 4 minutes. Tomatoes and tomato paste and stir until tomato is heated through, about 2 minutes. Combine red wine vinegar. Add cooked noodles, tofu and fresh basil and mix well. Season to taste and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to large bowl.

Two recipes that I can do .. done it myself.

1) Garden Pasta Chef.

I use a variety of pastas and fly vegies like broccoli, carrots, cut into thin slices, green / red / yellow peppers and mushrooms. Almost all vegie imaginable. I jump the vegetables in olive oil for cooking pasta. Then, when they are preparing to do, I'll add a half cup of white wine, off at the end of 'em. Place noodles on a plate or a bowl with vegetables.

2) "Chief Surpise.

Therefore I like pasta or colored paste bun. While cooking, I'm going to cut some of the children in 1 "slices. (Olive oil, cut back skip).

As children begin to brown, then I take a small onion and green pepper. Add a can of tomato sauce, thyme and oregano (or take a bottle of Italian spices), add salt and pepper. Pour over cooked noodles.

Parmasian Serve with cheese.
