I would say that those who are around 7,200 songs, 29GB (4MB/song). Since the actual capacity of the iPod is probably about 70 who are working more than 40 GB.
Figure about 1 GB / movie, depending on the size and quality, which is probably about 30-40 movies. Again, there are many quarters there, but would have 30 "safe" adaptation more likely.
Knowing how much space is actually on your iPod now with how this film (from iTunes Store, DVDs, etc. may help).
